The Cartier Santos, first designed in 1904, and debuted as one of the first modern watches for men, designed specifically to be worn on the wrist. Today, the Santos remains one of the most beloved models produced by the Cartier.

This particular model is the largest 51mm Santos 100L “Carbon” – a self-winding mechanical movement with steel case, fluted crown and a synthetic cabochon-shaped spinel. The dial features Roman numerals, sword-shaped hands and a black Alligator skin leather strap.

This Santos 100L watch ref.W20073X8 has been custom diamond set with G/H colour VS-SI1 round brilliant cut diamonds. On this watch we have custom diamond set the original bezel, case & clasp – and added a large diamond into the crown (winder) to replace the original blue sapphire. We have replaced the original face with a custom made paved diamond dial with Roman numerals.
