Shipping & Returns Policy
At Drasoo, every piece is created with care and attention to detail. Our shipping and returns policy is designed to be clear, fair, and aligned with the nature of both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces.
Shipping
Ready-to-ship products are dispatched within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
Custom orders are shipped within 3–4 weeks, depending on the level of product customization and production requirements.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you, where applicable. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, or unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Returns
We want you to shop with confidence at Drasoo.
In-stock / ready-to-ship items are eligible for a no-questions-asked return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original saleable condition.
Other non-custom products may also be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging, boxes, tags, pouches, certificates, and accompanying materials intact.
Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable. This follows the standard luxury jewellery approach where altered or specially produced pieces are treated as final sale.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All original packaging must be included, including boxes, tags, pouches, certificates, and any other accompanying material.

The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, resizing, alteration, or tampering.

The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Drasoo reserves the right to decline a return if the product is returned without original packaging or if the item does not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-made or personalized orders.

Products that have been worn, used, resized, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Items returned without original boxes, tags, pouches, certificates, or related packaging materials.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Drasoo within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can review the issue and assist you promptly.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping charges, duties, taxes, or any additional handling costs, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Cancellations
Ready-to-ship orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun, as these pieces are created specifically to order.
