At Drasoo, every piece is crafted and delivered with the same attention to detail that goes into its creation. We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you safely, securely, and on time.

Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

For custom, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry, production timelines may vary depending on design complexity. Estimated production and delivery timelines will be communicated before order confirmation.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to Canada, United States, and United Kingdom.

Estimated Delivery Times

Canada: Processing 1–3 business days, delivery 2–7 business days.

United States: Processing 1–3 business days, delivery 3–10 business days.

United Kingdom: Processing 1–3 business days, delivery 5–12 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping service.

From time to time, Drasoo may offer complimentary shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside Canada, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other government-imposed charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date.
