At Drasoo, we aim to process and ship every order as quickly and carefully as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 48-72 hours after the order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing may take slightly longer than usual.
Note: Custom orders production depends on the design requests.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options:

Shipping exclusively in Canada & USA only: Available in selected locations, with delivery times varying by destination.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order value, and selected shipping method. In some cases, we may offer free shipping on eligible orders or promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on the website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, where available. You can use this number to track your shipment through the courier’s website or tracking portal.
Delays and Failed Delivery
Drasoo is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, incorrect address details, missed deliveries, or circumstances beyond our control. Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are accurate when placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
